musty smell

Many areas in the room required attention upon arrival. The floor felt damp, and a pervasive musty smell lingered throughout. Paint was peeling off the bathtub, which along with mold around the tub, wasn’t a welcome sight. To top it off, malfunctioning amenities, including a broken ice machine and a non-functional light switch, really put a dent in what could have been a better stay.

The Double Room was pretty comfy, definitely clean, and the water pressure was solid. I really liked the price for the stay. But be warned, I did notice a couple of things—the floor felt a bit damp, and there was a slight musty smell. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but it was a decent experience for a quick getaway.
